This lovely property is located in São Martinho do Porto. São Martinho is one of the most popular destinations on the Silver Coast. The beauty of this home is that it is located only a few minutes walk from the beach and the promenade but in a quiet area just a few seconds from the “old town” part of São Martinho. There is a good size mini market, cafés and restaurants five minutes walk away.

The town of São Martinho itself has a large variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, mini markets, supermarket, pharmacy, banks and all other conveniences you would expect from a good sized town. There is also a daily market which again can be walked to from the house.

Approximately 20 minutes away is the town of Caldas da Rainha, which is the main town in this area. Caldas is a lovely town with a lively town centre, a beautiful central park area, a fabulous daily fresh fruit and vegetable market that also sells local cheeses, breads and other delights of the region.

The airport at Lisbon is one hour away making this a great location if regular flights out of Portugal are needed and an easy journey for visitors.
