The bar area has a rustic feel and has been furnished with period furniture, some of which is included in the sale. There is a wood-burner to keep the place cozy in winter and also provides heat to the central heating radiators.
The exterior terrace has beautiful country views, along with a vegetable garden to the left of it. There is a large store room for firewood and garden tools. External tables and chairs are in-situ enabling alfresco dining for most of the year.

The accommodation has its own private entrance, which is via the stairs to the right of the Taverna entrance, this leads to the first floor terrace and on to the second floor roof terrace with great views over the whole area, which can also be expanded to include Alfresco dining. The entrance door takes you into a spacious kitchen / diner, with the bathroom. From the kitchen you pass through to the large lounge with its Juliet balcony and views of the village and valley beyond. There are two double bedrooms accessible from the lounge and stairs leading to a large attic that could be developed for more living space if needed.
The clientele for the taverna are a mix of locals and expats. The owners have made a success of introducing many different dishes including English fish and chip, curries and the very popular English Sunday roast. The taverna is a melting pot of different nationalities and cultures and is the hub of the village and surrounding district.
