The property is connected to mains electricity and water, it has its own borehole water, which could be connected to the mains water if needed. There is a water tank that collects rainwater plus an additional well at the bottom of the property currently used for irrigation and a pump house.

Porto and Lisbon are around a 2 hours 40 minutes’ drive. Coimbra, Portugal’s third biggest city, is around 2 hours away, and the seaside is around 2 hours.
