This unique property is situated on a large lot (2700m2), close to the very popular village of Salir do Porto on the Silver Coast in Portugal. The property is accessed by way of a lovely country road. You enter through double gates onto the driveway which has a path that leads off to the front door.
The front door opens into the entrance hall that in turn leads down to the spacious living/dining area.
The living room is filled with natural light from the full glass panel doors that lead to the sunroom/conservatory and from the windows to either side. There are vaulted ceilings providing a wonderful feeling of space. The floors are wood and there is a central heating radiator to the side. A wood burning fireplace provides a wonderful atmosphere on those cooler evenings.
The sunroom/conservatory is fully glass paned and gives a wonderful view over the property and the adjoining countryside.

A set of wooden open stairs lead to the first level. This is a large space with wood to the ceiling and floors. The ceiling here is vaulted. The owners use this space as an additional bedroom but it would make a wonderful hobby room also or studio. It is large enough to be utilized as two separate rooms or areas.

This property is located less than a kilometre from the village of Salir do Porto on the Silver Coast. In Salir there are several cafes and restaurants, a large, well stocked mini-market that has wonderful bread and cake deliveries every day.
The beach at Salir do Porto is a 15 minute walk and here you will find a good beach area, the highest sand dune in Europe and a boardwalk that leads around to the beaches at Sao Martinho do Porto.
Sao Martinho is one of the most popular beaches on the Silver Coast due to it’s shell shaped bay which makes a safe swimming and bathing area for families. You can walk along the beach all the way to Sao Martinho itself. This is a good sized town with a wealth of individual and unique shops as well as cafes, restaurants, mini-markets, pharmacy, banks, butchers. There is also a daily market where you can buy wonderful local fresh produce, bread, cheeses as well as other items for the home, in addition to clothes, shoes etc.
The town of Caldas da Rainha is a 15 minute drive. Caldas is a good sized town with a fabulous town center filled with a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. There are also cultural centers where there is a regular program of music, theatre and performing arts in addition to various events. There is a daily fruit and vegetable market where you can purchase local produce, fruit, vegetables as well as cheeses, breads, flowers and a variety of other local items.
On Mondays there is a large market where you can buy almost anything for the home and garden.
Transportation links are close by and it is less than an hour to Lisbon and Lisbon International Airport.
