From the villa’s you can walk to cafes, two nice restaurants, a mini market, post office and a multi-banco machine (ATM). There are also public swimming baths that are open in summer months.

A boardwalk was built in recent years providing easy access from the village to the beach at Sao Martinho, this is a short walk from the villas.

Sao Martinho is five minutes away where there is a wonderful and safe harbor for swimming, a lovely promenade that stretches around the whole beach area. Sao Martinho is a lovely and vibrant beachside town where there are a plethora of shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels. B&B’s. There is a train station here that provides transportation directly to Lisbon.

Transportation links are close by with the A8 access being less than ten minutes, the town of Caldas da Rainha 20 mintues away and the city of Lisbon and Lisbon International Airport being less than an hour away.
