This lovely home is accessed by way of an electric sliding gate that opens onto the driveway where there is parking for several cars and leads to the double garage. A single pedestrian gate leads up the centre path and to the front door.

The front door opens into a spacious entry hall, where there are tiled floors and a large, full wall bank of storage cupboards and coat closets. The home is built for ease of access for wheelchair users and this is most noticeable by the extra wide paned doors that lead off the entrance hall to the inner hallway and to the lounge.

The lounge is large with a patio door window that extends across the front of the room, filling the room with natural light. The floors have wood effect tiling and a paned glass door opens into the kitchen.

Stunning is the only way to adequately describe the kitchen. It has been well thought out and a great deal of attention given to convenience and functionality. There is a very good sized centre island that incorporates a gas hob with hidden extractor above, a double sink and a convenient push down electric point with 4 plug outlets. There are draws below on the “cooking” side an a breakfast bar on the other side. The unit over the island incorporates the extractor as well as down lighting. On one wall is a bank of cupboards and deep drawers that incorporates the dishwasher and two very convenient pull out work surfaces. In addition there is an integrated electric fan oven and a combi microwave oven. On the opposite wall is a complete floor to ceiling array of cupboards and drawers. The kitchen is filled with natural light from the full windows that front the kitchen.

Off the kitchen is a useful utility room that has a range of base units and work sruface. There is a hook up for the washing machine and a double window to the outside. The controls for the underfloor central heating system are located in the utility room.

A wide paned door leads into the dining/living room. This is a very spacious room that will easily accommodate a large dining room table and chairs as well as provide sitting space . There are a set of patio doors to the far end of the room, in addition to glass windows and doors that open onto the back garden.

Off this area and adjacent is a full shower room, with a sink set into a vanity unit, a w.c., and a large corner shower unit. The bathroom is fully tiled.

A further door opens into the double garage.

An inner hallway off the main entrance hall leads down to the bedrooms and family bathroom. Sensor lights at either end of the hallway ensures that the entrance is safely lit if you are up during the night.

All three of the family/guest bedrooms are spacious, have built in wardrobes and patio doors to the outside. The floors have wood effect tiling.

The family bathroom has a large walk in shower, a sink set into a vanity unit with mirror over and a w.c. A paned doors opens into the back garden making this a very convenient bathroom for when you are working in the garden area.

The master bedroom is very spacious and has a large range of built in wardrobes and dressers. There is a patio window and door that opens to the back garden and a long window that provides natural light to this room. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink set into a vanity unit and a w.c. A door with obscured glass pane leads to the garden. The bathroom is fully tiled.

The double garage has a long window to the side and a remote controlled up and over door. Off the garage is an additional room for storage.

Outside …..

To the front there is a single gate and a path that leads to the front door and a double sliding gate that opens onto a spacious driveway with parking for several cars and access to the garage. There would be room to park a mobile home is needed.

The garden to either side of the front path has been finished with good quality astro turf and the paths are finished with block paving. The block paving continues around to the side and rear where there is an additional space finished with astro turf.

There is a large patio area to the rear and ample space for a swimming pool if one is required.

Easy to maintain pebble beds are to the side and rear of the garden area. The garden is fully enclosed by way of a wall.

This property is located near to Caldas da Rainha on the Silver Coast. You can walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets.

Caldas centre is a five minute drive. Caldas has a population of approximately 52,000. Caldas is a lovely town that is large enough to provide all you need while still maintaining a welcoming and vibrant community feel. In Caldas there are an unending array of cafes and restaurants, catering to every taste, including vegan, gluten free and other dietary preferences. Caldas has hotels, shopping centres, cultural centres, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, doctors, dentists, two hospitals, schools for every level. There is also a fabulous centre park where there is usually some form of entertainment taking place. There are often art displays here; once a month there is a fabulous outdoor antiques and flea market that stretches throughout the entire park and makes for a great day out. There is a duck pond in the park where you can rent boats and there is also a children’s play area.

There is a daily fruit and vegetable market in Caldas where you can buy wonderful and fresh local produce as well as fresh baked bread, cheeses, pulses, beans, nuts, dried fruit, beautiful and colourful fresh flowers, baskets and many other local artisan products. There are several cafes directly off the market to enjoy a relaxing coffee while picking up your produce. A Monday market covers a huge area and at this market you can expect to be able to find pretty much anything for the home or garden.

It is located ten minutes from the stunning beaches at Foz do Arelho and ten minutes from the beaches at Sao Martinho do Porto where you can sit in a beach café and watch the sun set across the ocean. Foz do Arelho is home to the fabulous Obidos lagoon renowned for kite-surfing and safe bathing.

Lisbon and Lisbon Airport are approximately one hour away. A regular bus service runs from Caldas da Rainha to Lisbon. The high speed trains run from Lisbon down to the Algarve.
