Off this area there is the boiler for the hot water via solar panels, a separate wc, and pedestal sink. The bathroom is fully tiled and there is also space for a utility room.

The bedroom has laminated flooring, built in wardrobes, downlighting and a window to the rear. The ensuite consists of a shower cubicle, wc ,, and a sink set into a vanity unit.

Bathroom consists of a wc, bidet, sink set into a vanity unit, and a shower cubicle. The bathroom is fully tiled. There is also a washing machine connection here and a door that opens into the garage.

Outside… ..

There is a 1.3 meter deep heated swimming pool with pool house. Off this is a grassed are and also a paved area which is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and entertaining.

There are metal stairs that lead to the upper patio area.

The garage has an up and over door.

There are double metal gates into the garden area and also a single pedestrian gate, the property is completely fenced / walled and secure. To the rear of the property there is an additional lawned garden.

Location… ..

The town of Ansiao is within a 5 minute walk, where you will find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, doctors, pharmacy, vets etc.

Pombal is 21 kms away where you can find the train, and bus / coach station from here to either Porto or Lisbon. Lisbon airport is 1.40 by train.

The historic City of Coimbra is less than 45 minutes away and is the 3rd largest city in Portugal. Coimbra is a lovely city filled with culture, history, wonderful architecture and a thriving city center where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, markets, museums, art galleries. There is rarely a day in Coimbra where there is not some outdoor entertainment that you can enjoy while sipping on some local wine in one of the many cafes throughout the city.

Tomar is between 35- 60 minutes away depending on whether you go via the toll road or the scenic route, here being a hertiage town there is lots of history regarding the Templars knights.

Tomar is a very busy market town, only 2 minutes away, where there are a variety of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, shops, pharmacies, health centers and sports centers. It also has a very well respected University and Hospital. There is a bus and a train station in Tomar. There are many tourist attractions in and around Tomar including the Convento de Cristo which was built by the Knights Templar so is of significant historical importance throughout this area. There is also a very busy market here on Fridays.

Lisbon and Porto airport are both 1.40-2.00 hours away via car
