In both you will find supermarkets, mini markets, cafes, restaurants, shops, doctors and all conveniences and amenities you would expect from good sized and busy towns. There is a weekly market in Ansiao where you can buy all manner of things for your home and garden.
The beautiful city of Coimbra is just over half an hour away. Coimbra is a wonderful city filled with historic and architectural areas of interest in addition to a thriving city center and a world class university.
The beaches at Figueira da Foz are just under an hour away. Both Lisbon and Porto airports are approximately an hour and a half away.
Transportation links are close by with the A13 motorway being 5km away and less than 2km to the main IC8. These motorways will give you access to all points of the compass very quickly.
