This is an attractive stone house that needs somebody to return it to a wonderful home. The house has 80m2 and there is an additional stone building. The property is accessed via a pedestrian gate that opens into the front courtyard. A stone pathway leads to the front door that opens into a large entrance hall. There is an original cubby hole here that would make an ideal spot for keys. It used to be used for storing cheese. The floors in the hallway are tiled.
Off the hallway is the kitchen where there is a large original bread oven, concrete seating, some older kitchen units with a single stainless steel sink. A room at the far end has a dirt floor and wood ceiling. There is pipework for the kitchen so all would be in place to make this into the bathroom.

The village of Alvorge is 3kms away and here you will find cafes, supermarket, doctors, pharmacy and there is a weekly market.
The main town of Ansiao is approximately 10kms away and here you will find, supermarkets, banks, doctors offices, cafes, restaurants and there is a large weekly market.

There is a bus stop a few hundred yards up the lane and the bus goes to Ansiao. On the main road which is approximately 2kms away there is a bus that will take you to Pombal and Coimbra.
