There is also a dual aspect fireplace separating the dining and living area, this has been tiled with hand painted Portuguese tiles (the photos do not do the beauty in these tiles justice). Multi spectrum lighting has been cleverly concealed at the ceiling level giving a beautiful effect to match your every mood. The entertainment systems have been designed in a way that there are no wires, cables or plugs on display, giving everything a streamlined and clean look.
The utility room which has a door that leads to an easily maintained and enclosed area has a range of cupboards and drawers with stone finished work surfaces incorporating a single stainless steel sink with tap as well as a wall mounted TV & DVD system.
