The living area is spacious and with a full bank of sweeping floor to ceiling curved windows providing panoramic views over the adjacent countryside. The special double glazed solar glass provides coolness in the summer and maintains the heat in the cooler months of the year. The wall housed A+ log burner provides a beautiful central focal point of the room when used. The specifically designed TV and entertainment area incorporates a Dolby Atmos 7.1 surround sound system. The voile curtain tracks are all recessed to give that neat and clean finish to the room. Mood lighting hidden in the recess can add that special effect to this space.

A door from the main hallway leads to the bedroom wing. All bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool patio, mood lighting, fully air conditioned and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 are of equal size, both have plenty of beautifully appointed storage space and one has a purpose built-in study area.

A Jack and Jill bathroom features a sink set onto a floating vanity unit with an illuminated mirror above, WC and walk in shower with a Grohe thermostatic mixer. A patio door leads out onto the pool and garden area making this a very convenient bathroom for use when entertaining around the pool.

The spacious master bedroom has a full wall of wardrobes and double aspect sliding patio doors that open onto terraces on two sides, one looking over the pool and the other with views to the countryside that adjoins the property.

The beautiful master en-suite is simply breathtaking. The centrally placed free standing designer bath sits before sliding patio doors which open onto a terrace, looking over the private rear garden and to the views beyond. The two wash basins are set on floating vanity units and there is a large walk in shower surrounded with glass panels. The shower incorporates a Grohe thermostatic shower mixer.

A further door from the main hallway leads into the oversized garage and continues the main theme of the rest of the house with mood lighting, two large windows flood this area with natural light. The utility area has a range of high and base units and has a space for a washing machine and an additional wine chiller. There is an integrated upright freezer.

At the other end of the room a wall of full height units together with a work area and drawers provide ample storage for all requirements. A double glazed glass door opens onto a large extra private landscaped garden area that has a glass balcony surround looking over the garden and the views.


The terrace areas that surround the house itself are all covered and will allow enjoyment of the outside areas even in incremental weather.

The large outside patio area incorporates a 9m x 5m tiled salt water heated swimming pool. There is an outside tiled shower area with mixer tap.
